Tar Creek Ranch

The ranch's beautiful indoor and outdoor options allow for a variety of different styles and photo locations. It’s large event spaces can host up to 200 guests. The Barn
With a rich history, the century old barn is the heart of Tar Creek Ranch and one of our favorite spaces. It has modern amenities while still maintaining its rustic charm. The authentic country set-pieces add unique decorating opportunities and fun photo backdrops for guests. The Barn's fabulous lighting, custom metal work, and built in bar offers a great space to entertain. Use the tables and seating provided by the ranch or rent your own to transform this versatile space into your dream event.
The Garden
The Garden boasts a lush lawn and stone stage that is perfect for wedding ceremonies or dinner under the stars. Just a step away is the cocktail patio with iconic barrel tables and a charming serving window that connects to the barn’s bar. As evening comes, cozy up at the firepits under a blanket of starlight.
Beyond the patio lies another enchanting entertainment space: the Magnolia Pavilion. This spacious tent’s clear roof and adjustable walls lends you and your guests the joy of being outside with comfort and protection from the elements.
The Meadow
Walk amidst the wildflowers at this scenic photo spot and event space. Create magical memories as the fields are blanketed in gold under the setting sun. What an incredible backdrop! Surrounded by nature and wildlife, The Meadow’s vast fields are another wonderful option for large gatherings and are especially fitting for events with rustic or boho themes. In the fall, you won't want to miss Tar Creek’s famous pumpkin patch.
The Ranch House
The Ranch House - Tar Creek Ranch’s luxurious overnight accommodations. With 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and a fully equipped kitchen, The Ranch House comfortably houses up to 12 guests. It’s convenient on-site location makes it the perfect place to use as a bridal suite for easy wedding day prep. The house can also entertain up to 70 guests making it a fantastic choice to hold smaller, more intimate events such as bridal showers or rehearsal dinners.
